A limited number of seats will be made available and non-refundable deposits of $500.00 per person are required to secure one's place. Once a minimum number of bookings have been reached, full payment must be made by no later than January 15, 2019. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Transportation

We kindly ask that all luggage not exceed 50lbs/23kg in weight, so as to allow for an intimate travel experience. Two prearranged roundtrip airport transfers will be provided both on June 14th and 22nd, 2019. Departure times will be provided upon full payment. 


 

Itinerary

June 14 - Day 1 - Rome
Benvenuto and welcome to the Eternal City! With a private driver awaiting your arrival at Rome Fiumicino Airport FCO, and a celebratory dinner waiting in the heart of Rome, choose between settling in or exploring about – a Roman Holiday atmosphere will ensure that golden slumbers are enjoyed by all. (D)

June 15 - Day 2 - Rome
Consider pairing a double espresso alongside your first Italian breakfast, as the ensuing tour of Rome’s most prized possessions might just blow you away. You’ve seen the Colosseum, St. Peter's Square, and perhaps even the Pantheon before – but as you’ll find firsthand – not even IMAX 3D can do them justice… and that’s only a taste of the many stops in store.   • Private driving tour by bus through Rome's historic centers

June 16 - Day 3 - Florence
Now with the wind at your back, travel to the rolling hills of Tuscany, where the warm sun will have Florence – cradle of the Renaissance – blossom before you. (B)

  • Visit the Academia Gallery Museum, home to Michelangelo's legendary David sculpture

June 17 - Day 4 - Florence
Continue exploring throughout Florence – cradle of the Renaissance and follow its fairy-tale like history from the Medici to Michelangelo. (B)

  • Two hour daily Yoga practice

  • A guided city-walk through the Piazza Santa Croce and its Basilica, the famous Signoria Square, the fantastic Duomo and Giotto's Gothic Bell Tower, the Baptistery's ornate "Gate of Paradise," the beloved "Ponte Vecchio" bridge, and the Palazzo Vecchio which houses the majestic Loggia Dei Lanzi courtyard

June 18 - Day 5 - Assisi
Follow Florence's rolling countryside down to the sacred, medieval village of Assisi for a truly legendary feast - birthplace of St. Francis and even the Sun itself... according to Dante Alighieri’s Divine Comedy (B,D)

  • Two hour daily Yoga practice

  • A fun, authentic dinner with local specialities from Umbria

June 19 - Day 6 - Assisi
Perched on the hillside, marvel at the postcard of peace that is simply Assisi. Humbly walk through its ancient, arched gates and over the medieval cobblestones.  (B, D)

  • Two hour daily Yoga practice

  • Guided sightseeing tour of the Basilica of St. Francis and the convent of St. Claire

  • Dinner under the stars in the city of Assisi

June 20 - Day 7 - Gaeta
Gaeta is a long-time favorite coastal getaway for Popes, Kings, and tourists from all over the world - dating as far back as Homer's Odyssey. Rich in history, architecture and religion, this seaport village rests gracefully beside the Tyrrhenian Sea. Its name comes from the Latin word Caieta, who served as Aeneas's nurse - the mythical savior of Troy and Rome. (B)

  • Two hour daily Yoga practice

  • Guided tour of Gaeta's Medieval Quarter, deeply rooted in history and art, with ancient homes dating back to the 11th-13th centuries.

June 21 - Day 8 - Gaeta
Tour through the seaside Riviera of Ulysses as we embark on a private boat and pass through the same magical winds that inspired countless poets - including Homer and Virgil. (B,L,D)

  • Two hour daily Yoga practice

  • Private boat cruise through the Riviera of Ulysses

  • Catered lunch aboard your boat cruise

  • Farewell dinner

June 22 - Day 9 - Rome
Time to pack your bag, enjoy your final espresso and… Arrivederci Roma! (B)
