Terms and Conditions of Our Services

Prices

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice in the event of major currency fluctuations. All prices are contingent upon exchange rates current at the time of final payment. In case of currency fluctuations, you agree to verify final amount due prior to making payment. All prices are guaranteed in US dollars once payment in full has been received by MilleVie Travel LLC (“MilleVie Travel LLC”).

Travel services and products are sold as a package only and no price breakdown is provided. You warrant that all information supplied in connection with the booking of travel services and products is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false or fraudulent booking, or any booking made in anticipation of demand is prohibited. One quote or estimate is provided free of charge.
 
Prices include only those services and products, which are specifically offered by MilleVie Travel LLC. You should be aware that there might be additional local charges. Charges may be made locally for certain facilities/activities such as watersports, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, safety deposit boxes, laundry services, mini bars, air conditioning, resort fees, city taxes, etc. You agree and understand that those additional charges are at your separate expense.

Payments

Acceptable forms of payment include Paypal, Wire Transfers, Visa and MasterCard. MilleVie Travel LLC bills all charges. MilleVie Travel LLC will appear on the payer’s credit card statement.

Please note: All MilleVie Travel Trips require a $1,000.00 USD deposit. Full payment will be required once a minimum number of bookings has been reached. We kindly advise that guests not book their flight until full payment has been processed. Travel insurance is also highly recommended; while we understand that cancellations are not intended, unexpected events do occur.

Special Requests

If you have a special request for something that is not automatically part of your booking (e.g. quiet room, low floor room, vegan meal, early arrival, late departure, etc.), please make the request at the time of booking. MilleVie Travel LLC will pass your request on to the relevant supplier to ask if they can provide what you want. Special requests are not guaranteed to be met - even if MilleVie Travel LLC has made a note of your request on your invoice. Such note means MilleVie Travel LLC received the request and has passed it on to the supplier. MilleVie Travel LLC will not pay compensation for failing to meet a special request unless MilleVie Travel LLC has confirmed separately in writing to you that the request will be met.

Forms of Payment

Acceptable forms of payment include Paypal, Wire Transfers, Visa and MasterCard. Payments are processed by Stripe, which accepts all major credit cards, and by PayPal. MilleVie Travel LLC bills all charges. MilleVie Travel LLC will appear on the payer’s credit card statement.

Cancellations and Penalties

Cancellations must be received in writing. While we understand that cancellations are not intended, unexpected events do occur; we therefore highly encourage the purchase of travel insurance. Once a minimum number of bookings has been reached, full payment will be required. In the unlikely event that a minimum number of bookings is not reached, then full payment will no longer be required and $1,000.00 USD deposits will automatically be refunded, minus any processing fees. If a request for cancellation is received before full payment, the $1,000.00 USD deposit will automatically be returned, minus any non-refundable processing fees. If a request for cancellation is received after full payment, any non-refundable processing fees and deposits paid on your behalf (i.e., hotel, dinner and travel reservations) will be held and not refunded. A 50% reimbursement of full payment may be offered at MilleVie Travel LLC’s sole discretion. 

Late payments may result in cancellation or a late payment fee of $250.00 at MilleVie Travel LLC’s sole discretion. MilleVie Travel LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel your booking at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product of service, errors in your order, late payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your booking if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Booking Change Fees

Each permitted travel change is subject to an administrative fee of $250.00 by MilleVie Travel LLC in addition to the additional cost incurred by MilleVie Travel LLC to execute said changes. It is the MilleVie Travel LLC Agent’s responsibility to make sure that the confirmed itinerary is correct. Once travel has commenced, any changes or cancellations will be at your expense.

Late Bookings

Prospective customers are advised to reserve early to avoid disappointment and additional late booking fees.

Flights

Flight arrangements, are booked independently of MilleVie Travel LLC. MilleVie Travel LLC accepts no liability for any changes, losses, delays, or costs incurred that may result through flight arrangements.

Age Policy

MilleVie Travel LLC requires that an adult must accompany any and all travelers under the age of 18. 

Travel Documents and Health Advice

It’s entirely your responsibility to make sure everyone traveling in your party has valid travel documents (e.g. Passport, Visa) and has followed appropriate medical and health advice. We recommend that you visit the government travel advisory websites and consult your health care providers, both prior to booking and then again before departure. MilleVie Travel LLC does not accept any liability for your failure to have the valid required travel documents or not following the appropriate medical or health advice. If, for whatever reason, we are fined because anyone on your booking didn’t have the correct documents/vaccinations, etc., you agree to reimburse us. 

Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended; while we understand that cancellations are not intended, unexpected events do occur. We therefore strongly recommend insurance be purchased for the duration of your journey (i.e., please consider health, accident, baggage, trip cancellation, and interruption insurance.) Your travel insurance should also provide coverage for medical emergencies, such as illness or injury during your travels. We recommend purchasing insurance once full payment has been processed. MilleVie Travel LLC assumes no liability for any costs you incur as a result of failing to take out adequate travel insurance.

Loss or Damage to Luggage or Personal Items

You are responsible for the safekeeping of your luggage and personal items during your travels. MilleVie Travel LLC assumes no liability for acts of third parties, such as hotels or carriers or independent third persons that cause destruction, theft, loss, or any other damage to your luggage and personal belongings.

Property Damage to Third Parties

If you or any member of your party causes any damage or breaks anything belonging to third parties during your travels, we advise you to report it promptly to the appropriate authorities. You and the members of your party will be held responsible for paying for any damage, destruction or loss you cause to property belonging to third parties, which includes, but is not limited to, property at the accommodation and rented transportation. MilleVie Travel LLC accepts no liability for such damage or loss.
 
We strongly advise you to take out adequate travel insurance for the duration of your travels.

Acceptance of Risk

Some of the activities you might choose to take part in during your travels may involve a degree of personal risk. The natural environment can, at times, be hazardous and many activities, such as watersports, waterslides, sleigh riding, tobogganing, horseback riding, cycling, swimming, hiking, climbing, and snowmobiling have a risk of personal injury or death. If you decide to take part in such activities, you accept these risks and you are responsible for your own actions. Although our suppliers or we may provide instructions to you as part of the arrangements you book, any safety information/notices must be observed which will minimize these risks. MilleVie Travel LLC accepts your booking on the basis that you understand and accept the risks involved in such activities. If at any time you or a member of your party feels uncomfortable or unsure about taking part in an activity during your travels, an instructor should be advised immediately and you should stop the activity immediately.

Responsibility

MilleVie Travel LLC acts only as an agent in securing confirmed and prepaid ground services. It assumes no responsibility or liability in the event of any failure by any person or company contracted on your behalf by MilleVie Travel LLC to render any transportation, accommodation, or any other travel service. Expenses and delays incurred due to weather, strikes, war, flight delays, mechanical failures or any act of God are your responsibility. All services are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. You waive any claims against MilleVie Travel LLC for any and all indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any connection with the booking of any travel services on your behalf.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating product and service offerings. We may experience delays in updating information on the service and in our advertising on other websites. The information found on our website may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the website and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the website. We, therefore, reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your reservation without penalty.

Complaints/Refunds/Claims

Anything not specifically mentioned as included is at your own expense. In the event of problems with a hotel, transfer, tour or other service, immediately contact the manager of the hotel to resolve the matter on the spot. If further assistance is needed, contact MilleVie Travel LLC. Little can be rectified after the fact, so it is very important to address all problems at the time of occurrence. No refunds will be made in the event you fail to participate in your trip, for changes to the trip itinerary or trip interruption.

TOURS: NO REFUND FOR UNUSED ARRANGEMENTS AND MINIMUM PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS. As tour prices are based on contract rates, there will not be any refund for any unused portion of a tour. Some group tours are based on minimum numbers of passengers traveling; if the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed or the tour may be canceled.
 
As MilleVie Travel LLC does not guarantee that the service and products offered would meet your full satisfaction and requirements, any and all refunds are entirely at MilleVie Travel LLC’s discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MilleVie Travel LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the service, or b) a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Warranties, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Your use of the MilleVie Travel LLC travel services and products is at your sole risk. Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. MilleVie Travel LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the service will function without interruption, delay or complications; b) any errors or defects in services will be corrected; c) the service is free of health risks or other physically, emotionally, psychologically harmful components; or d) the results of using the service will meet your requirements.
 
For the avoidance of doubt, references herein to "us" "we" and "our" shall also refer to our affiliates. The information, software, products, and services provided by our suppliers or us or published on our website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to such information that appears on our website. We expressly reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your reservation without penalty.
 
Any ratings for suppliers are intended only as general guidelines, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of the ratings. We make no guarantees about the availability of specific products and services. We make no representations about the suitability of the information, software, products, and services provided by us or contained on our website for any purpose. The inclusion or offering of any products or services by us does not constitute our endorsement or recommendation of such product or service. All such information, software, products, and services are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties that our website, its servers or any email sent from our suppliers or us are free of viruses or other harmful components.
 
The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing travel or other services on this website are independent contractors and not agents or employees of MilleVie Travel LLC. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. We have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond our control, and we have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, rerouting or acts of any government or authority.
 
In no event shall MilleVie Travel LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from, or in any way connected with, (i) your access to, display of or use of this website or our services or with the delay or inability to access, display or use our website, (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
 
If, despite the limitation above, we are found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or in any way connected with any of the occurrences described above, then our liability will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the service fees you paid to us in connection with such transaction(s) on this website, or (b) one-hundred dollars ($100.00) or the equivalent in local currency.
 
The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the parties. The limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these terms is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

The service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MilleVie Travel LLC and its licensors. Copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries protect the service. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MilleVie Travel LLC.

Our service may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MilleVie Travel LLC. MilleVie Travel LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites. You acknowledge and agree that MilleVie Travel LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party web sites or services. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired.
